Our corrugated steel sheet is made of galvanized steel and pre-painted steel (one sided or two sided prepainted). Steel grade S 250 GD Structural steels
Lenghts range from 1,50 mt to 12,00 mt with tolerances ± 5 mm
Thickness range from 0.50 mm to 1.00 mm with tolerances according to EN 10143
The standard packaging includes cross straps and pieces of wood. Non-standard packaging can be developed according to customer’s request. Weight of standard packed unit is 2 tons
To avoid oxidation or white rust on corrugated sheets, it is necessary to comply with certain provisions for transportation and storage, such as: - The material must always travel and be stored away from rain, snow, fog and humidity. - The stowing time in packages of galvanized steel must be reduced to the minimum required. - To avoid condensation, which is the main cause of rust, if the material is packed in polyethylene wrapped packages, it is necessary to open or place them in conditions of maximum ventilation as soon as they are delivered. - The galvanized or pre-painted steel must be stowed away from sources of ferrous dust, chemical fumes and soot due to the combustion of diesel which is the cause of an early corrosion process.
